Payments & delivery

How are payments processed?

All payments are processed securely through ePoint, our licensed payment provider. You pay by card on a secure payment page; Vivaldi Scores never sees or handles your card details directly.

Does Vivaldi Scores store my card details?

No. Your full card number and CVV are never stored by Vivaldi Scores — they are handled entirely by ePoint.

Can I save my card for future purchases?

Saved cards depend on secure tokenization by the payment provider. If available, only the card brand and last four digits are shown — for example, Visa ending in 4242 — and the actual card data stays with the payment provider.

How can I remove a saved card?

If saved cards are enabled on your account, you can remove them from your account payment settings, or contact support and we will help.

What happens after successful payment?

Your order is processed automatically: the purchased PDF is sent to your email, a receipt and thank-you message follow, and the purchase is recorded in your account.

What happens if my payment fails?

Failed, cancelled, or pending payments never trigger PDF delivery, and you are not charged for a failed transaction. Simply try again — or contact support if the problem repeats.

When will I receive my PDF?

Within minutes of successful payment confirmation. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then contact support with your order number.

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes — a receipt and a thank-you message are sent to your email together with your PDF, and your order remains visible in your account.

What if I entered the wrong email address?

Contact support with your order number and the correct address. After verifying the purchase, we will re-send your PDF.

Are free scores also delivered securely?

Yes. Free scores are delivered in the same controlled way — by email, not through public file links — and remain protected by copyright.

For buyers

Can I print the PDF?

Yes — purchased scores may be printed for your personal use.

Can I share the PDF with others?

No. Every score is protected by copyright. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the file is prohibited.

Can I receive my purchased score again later?

Yes. Your purchase remains in your account history, and the PDF can be re-sent to your registered email at any time.

Can I get a refund?

Because products are digital files delivered instantly, refunds are generally limited to technical issues, duplicate payments, or platform error. See our Refund Policy.

Can I save favorite scores?

Yes — tap the gold star on any score. Favorites are saved under My Account → Favorites.

How can I reset my password?

Use the “Lost your password?” link on the login page — a reset link is sent to your email.

For sellers

How can I sell or share my scores on Vivaldi Scores?

Apply through the Sell Your Scores page. Once approved, you can submit scores for review.

Do I need to own the copyright?

Yes. You must own the rights to the music or hold legal permission to sell or share it. You confirm this for every upload.

Why does my product need approval?

Every submission is reviewed by our editors before publication. Moderation keeps the catalog consistent, legal, and trustworthy — nothing goes live automatically.

Can I upload free scores?

Yes — free scores are welcome and pass the same moderation as paid scores.

How much commission does the platform take?

The platform retains a transparent commission from each paid sale; the current rate is shown in your seller dashboard before you publish.

When do I receive payouts?

Earnings accumulate in your seller balance and are paid out on a regular schedule once the minimum payout amount is reached.

Why was my score rejected?

Common reasons include copyright concerns, notation quality, or incomplete information. A reason is provided so you can correct and resubmit.
