Vivaldi Scores sells digital PDF files delivered instantly by email. Because a delivered digital file cannot be returned, the following rules apply.
When refunds are issued
- Technical failure — you paid successfully but the file could not be delivered and re-delivery also failed.
- Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Platform error — you received a materially different product than the one described.
When refunds are not issued
- Change of mind after successful delivery.
- Purchasing the wrong arrangement or difficulty level when the product page described it accurately.
- Entering a wrong email address — in this case contact support and we will re-send the file to the verified purchase email.
How to request
Email infovivaldiscores@proton.me with your order number within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider, ePoint.
