For buyers
Your purchase grants a personal-use license only. Unauthorized distribution, resale, public posting, or reproduction of any score is prohibited and may result in account suspension and legal liability.
For sellers
By submitting a score you confirm that you own the rights to the music or hold legal permission to sell or share it — including for arrangements of works by other composers. Submitting infringing content is grounds for removal and account suspension.
Reporting infringement (takedown)
If you believe a score on Vivaldi Scores infringes your rights, email infovivaldiscores@proton.me with: (1) identification of the work, (2) the URL of the allegedly infringing product, (3) your contact details, (4) proof of ownership or authorization, and (5) a statement of good-faith belief. We review takedown requests promptly and remove confirmed infringements.
Repeat infringers
Seller accounts with repeated confirmed violations are permanently suspended.
