1. Digital products
All products sold on Vivaldi Scores are digital sheet music files (PDF). No physical goods are shipped. After successful payment, the file is delivered to the email address provided at checkout and the purchase is recorded in your account.
2. License of use
Purchasing a score grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and print it for your own use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or sublicense any file. Free scores carry the same restrictions unless stated otherwise.
3. Payments
Prices are displayed in USD. Payments are processed by our licensed payment provider, ePoint. Vivaldi Scores never stores card numbers or CVV codes. Only confirmed successful payments trigger product delivery — failed, cancelled, or pending payments do not.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your email address and the security of your password. Purchases are linked to the email used at checkout. Password resets are available by email.
5. Sellers and uploaded content
Sellers must own the rights to the music they publish or hold legal permission to distribute it. Every submission is moderated before publication. Vivaldi Scores may reject, suspend, or remove content at its discretion, including in response to copyright complaints.
6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. In short: because delivery is instant and digital, refunds are limited to technical failures, duplicate payments, or platform error.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, scrape the catalog, upload malicious files, or use the platform to infringe copyright.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page.
