This Privacy Policy explains what information Vivaldi Scores (vivaldiscores.com) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep this simple and honest: we collect only what is needed to run a secure digital sheet music marketplace.

2. Payment information
All payments are processed securely through ePoint. Vivaldi Scores does not store your full card number, CVV code, or any sensitive card details — they are handled entirely by the payment provider. If saved-card functionality is offered, it works only through secure payment tokenization provided by the payment processor, and only limited details are ever displayed, such as the card brand and last four digits (for example, Visa ending in 4242).

4. Email communication
We send transactional emails only: purchase confirmations, file delivery, receipts, thank-you messages, password resets, free score delivery, support replies, seller application updates, and product moderation notifications. We do not send marketing email without your consent.

We use necessary cookies (cart, login, checkout) and functional cookies (preferences) that are required for the site to work. We also use analytics (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used — but only with your consent. When you first visit, analytics is disabled by default; it is enabled only if you choose Accept on our cookie banner, and you can choose Decline to keep it off. We do not sell personal information and we do not use advertising/marketing cookies.
6. Sharing of information
We share data only with the services required to operate the store: our payment processor (ePoint), our email delivery provider, our hosting provider, security tools, analytics tools, and customer support systems. We do not sell personal information.
7. Seller information
For approved sellers we additionally process: artist/composer name, country, biography, website or social links, payout details, and copyright ownership confirmations. Public seller profiles display only the information intended for publication.
8. Data security
The website is served over SSL. Payments are processed by a licensed provider. User accounts are protected, administrative access is restricted, score files are protected against direct public access, and the platform is monitored for suspicious activity.
9. Your rights
You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time using the contacts below. You may also withdraw analytics consent at any time by declining cookies. Order records required for accounting may be retained as required by law.
10. Account and email changes
Your account and purchase records are connected to your email address. If you change your email, previous purchase records may not automatically transfer to the new email identity. Please contact support before changing your address if you need help with this. Users cannot delete accounts directly from the frontend, but may contact Vivaldi Scores support to request account deactivation or data deletion where legally applicable.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the revision date shown at the top.
