Secure delivery links
- After successful payment confirmation, secure download links for every purchased file are emailed to the address provided at checkout.
- Links for purchased files are valid for 14 days and a limited number of downloads; free-score links are valid for 7 days.
- Files are stored in protected storage and are never accessible through public URLs.
- Failed, cancelled, pending, or incomplete payments never trigger delivery.
If a link expires or an email is lost
Contact support with your order number. After verifying the purchase, we re-send fresh links to the original purchase email — free of charge. Administrators can re-send files at any time.
License reminder
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, purchases are licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, public re-upload, or commercial distribution of delivered files is prohibited.
Refunds
Because files are delivered instantly, refunds are limited once delivery succeeds — see the Refund Policy for the exact cases (technical failure, duplicate payment, platform error).
